Completed comprehensive website redesign for Omni Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, partnering with Clubessential for elevated look and feel + Club leadership for most up-to-date offerings. Managed all aspects of online refresh including layout, imagery, copy, content organization, meeting brand standards, and user experience across both web and mobile platforms. The project delivered two distinct web products: a public-facing interface and an exclusive private website for country club members, achieving a cohesive and engaging online presence.

Spearheaded Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia segment of American Way 'Scottsdale' destination video production. The produced content was hosted in the American Airlines in-flight destination video library, reaching travelers worldwide. As dedicated onsite facilitator, Lindsey represented the resort on-camera, worked closely with talent and the production team throughout the shooting process, ensured on-brand representation + coached property team members for their camera time, all while capturing the essence of the resorts luxurious experience. The resulting video positioned the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia as a premier luxury destination in Scottsdale.
